Cov txheej txheem kev ntsuas hluav taws xob niaj hnub feem ntau suav nrog txoj kev tso tawm pob, infrared thermal imaging txoj kev, thiab txoj kev tshawb pom tam sim no. Cov txheej txheem tso tawm pob ntsuas qhov hluav taws xob faib hluav taws xob ntawm lub ntsuas hluav taws xob los ntawm kev ntsuas qhov kev ncua deb ntawm cov khoom ntawm ob qho kawg thaum tso tawm, tab sis nws yuav tsum tau hloov kho ntau zaus rau lub pob nyob deb thiab muaj qhov tsis zoo siab. Cov txheej txheem infrared thermal imaging qhia qhov kub ntawm qhov sib txawv ntawm qhov tsis zoo thiab zoo insulators los ntawm thermal dluab, tab sis nws yog ib qho nyuaj rau kev khiav hauj lwm hauv lub tshav pob. Txoj kev kuaj xyuas qhov dej xau tam sim no txiav txim siab qhov ncaj ncees ntawm lub insulator los ntawm kev ntsuas qhov loj ntawm qhov to tam sim no. Cov txheej txheem no yog tag nrho cov kev ntsuam xyuas zoo thiab tsis tuaj yeem cuam tshuam qhov muaj nuj nqis ntawm txhua qhov insulator, thiab lawv tsis tuaj yeem txheeb xyuas qhov kev puas tsuaj tseem ceeb hauv lub xeev qhov uas cov dej xau tau tshwm sim tab sis tseem tsis tau tawg.
Advanced vibration acoustic flaw detection technology tuaj yeem kuaj xyuas yam tsis muaj kev cuam tshuam lub zog. Nws lub hauv paus ntsiab lus yog tias kev noj qab haus huv tom qab cov plooj (porcelain insulators) muaj qhov kev vibration ruaj khov. Thaum muaj kev puas tsuaj sab hauv los yog kev puas tsuaj, cov qauv raug cuam tshuam, thiab kev vibration zaus hloov. Thaum lub sijhawm ua haujlwm, cov cuab yeej ntsuas ntsuas qhov tshwj xeeb excitation vibration nthwv dej rau lub insulator, thiab ib txhij siv sensors los ntes cov insulator lub vibration tawm tswv yim nthwv dej. Los ntawm kev txheeb xyuas qhov waveform zaus, qhov kev ncaj ncees ntawm cov insulator yog txiav txim siab, thiab qhov chaw ntawm qhov tsis xws luag yog pinpointed. Qhov zoo ntawm cov thev naus laus zis no yog tias nws tuaj yeem tshawb pom qhov tsis xws luag yam tsis muaj hluav taws xob tawm lossis cuam tshuam rau cov khoom siv hluav taws xob, thiab nws khav theeb nrhiav kom pom kev ua tau zoo thiab raug.
